This moving about will relieve some of the pressure on your back - you can take a short walk, do some stretching, or just stand up for a few minutes.

Certain lifestyle factors can contribute to back pain, and in some cases they are not obvious at first glance. Smoking is well known for having a bad impact to many parts of your body; it is also a factor that can cause back pain. Smoking has a direct effect on circulation and can also keep valuable nutrients from your organs and bones in the quantities needed to maintain their health.
